NCI was formed in 1979 to provide high availability, fault tolerant software systems and software products for such systems.

Today, Network Concepts designs, develops, markets, and supports software tools for the high availability application marketplace. In addition to our Tandem  (formerly Compaq, now HP) roots, we also offer products for  MS Windows NT/2000 and UNIX based platforms.  We undertake related training, installation and implementation consulting assignments for our products.

Our software tools facilitate configuration management, cross-platform development and maintenance of software on a wide range of computers.  First offered in 1981, our software products have been continuously upgraded and improved to enhance functionality and keep pace with technology.  

 NCI directly markets our tools products in North America; in other nations local distributors market our tools. Our products are in use at hundreds of sites in the U.S., Canada, Europe, Scandinavia, the Middle East, Japan, the Pacific rim and Australia.

NCI is a member of the HP DSSP program, the Compaq Solutions Alliance (and its pre-cursor, the Tandem Alliance program) since 1981. Our main office is in Mendham, New Jersey, thirty miles west of New York City.
